5.C.2 Baptism in Danger of Death
1. Anyone who administers baptism in danger of death must promptly report it to the pastor of the territorial parish in which it was administered so that it can be recorded.  (See Recording Catholic Baptism in General within #5.G.)
2. If the parents of an infant baptized in this way are Eastern Catholics, then their proper pastor, if there is one, is to be notified as well. (See #3.6 Members of Eastern Catholic Churches.)
